The Garage Society offers luxury garage condos with 14' high roll-up doors and large drive aisles for ease of accessibility to accommodate all storage needs. A luxury clubhouse will be available for use by all of the owners

 

We are currently preparing for our final phase of construction, anticipating our next units being available summer of fall/winter of 2023. The units, as designed, vary in size with the largest measuring approximately 50ft deep and 30ft wide, each with a steel door for access on foot and an overhead door that is 12-14ft wide and 14ft tall.  The bays will be large enough to accommodate large recreational vehicles, and other, smaller units well-suited for residential or equipment storage.
